About Juvenile
Juvenile, born Terius Gray, shot to fame in 1998 when his third album, “400 Degreez” came out. The album, which was preceded by “Being Myself” and “Solja Rags”, was the first album by the rapper to be released under Cash Money Records. It also spawned the national hits “Back That Azz Up” and “Ha”.
Besides his solo work, he is also famous as a member of the hip hop group, Hot Boys alongside rappers Lil Wayne, B.G and Turk.
Family Life
His daughter, Jelani, was killed along with her mother, Joy Deleston, and half-sister Micaiah on February 29, 2008. The culprit was Joy’s own oldest child, Anthony Tyrone Terrell Jr.
Achievements
“400 Degreez” has been certified platinum four times by the Recording Industry Association of America. His other platinum-certified albums are “Tha G-Code” and “Juve the Great”.
Trivia
In February 2003, he was handed a 75-hour community service sentence for being involved in a nightclub fight in January of that year.
