Khagendra Thapa Magar was a Nepali who became famous for being the world’s shortest mobile man. He was described as a primordial dwarf, and stood at 2 feet, 2 inches tall.
He took over from Edward “Niño” Hernández and was officially listed into the Guinness World Records in 2010. A year later, he was named as a Nepalese Goodwill Ambassador for Tourism.
In January 2020, it was announced that Khagendra had died after he was admitted at the Pokhara Hospital. Reports suggested that he battled a number of illnesses including pneumonia, heart problems, and asthma.

Khagendra was born to Dhan Maya and Roop Bahadur. He died at age 27.
