Kia Stevens, also known by a number of ring names including “Awesome Kong” and “Amazing Kong”, is a professional American wrestler who gained worldwide fame fighting in the Total Nonstop Action Wrestling (TNA) and winning multiple championships there. She is also known for her time with WWE, where she wrestled under the ring name “Kharma”.
Personal Life
In 2011, she announced that she was expecting her first child. Unfortunately for her, the baby was stillborn.
Achievements
Some of her notable accomplishments include winning the TNA Knockouts Championship multiple times and being ranked #1 on Pro Wrestling Illustrated's top 50 female performers list (the PWI Female 50) for 2008. That same year, she was named the PWI Woman of the Year.
Trivia
When she gave birth to a stillborn baby in 2011, she initially lied to her friends telling them that her baby was born healthy. In a 2012 interview with TMZ, she said the reason she lied was because she was so scared of letting the public know that her baby did not survive the birth.
