Born in Frankfort, Indiana, he studied at the Frankfort High School and later enrolled at the Atlanta Institute of Music & Media.
Matchbox Twenty
He joined Matchbox Twenty as a guitarist in 1995. The band sprang to life in Orlando, Florida when their debut album achieved success and led them to headline the 2nd year of X-Fest.
The New Left
He reunited with his former bandmates and formed “The New Left" band. They released their EP “Let Go” in 2004.
Solo Career
He embarked on a solo career and released his debut album “Wolves.” A very personal album, he wrote songs that spoke of heartbreak and healing, and created melodies perfect for his voice.
