About Lady Sovereign
Lady Sovereign, known in private life as Louise Harman, decided to become a rapper after listening to Sticky’s 2001 song titled “Boooo!” which featured Ms. Dynamite. At the age of 15 years, she started posting songs to different music platforms.
It was through this that she got a deal with Universal records in 2004. She shot to fame with the hit song titled "9 to 5" which was included in her first album dubbed “Public Warning”. Her other popular songs include "Random" and "Those Were the Days".

She lost her mum, Nicola, in 2010. She’s known to be a lesbian.
