His first role was in 1998 in the television miniseries production “The Temptations”. He went on to appear in films such as “Sugar Mommas”, and “Words Unspoken”. In 2015, he starred on the Oprah Winfrey Network drama series, “Greenleaf.”
He has featured in a number of American filmmaker Tyler Perry’s films, including “Meet the Browns” and “Why Did I Get Married Too?”. In the latter, he starred alongside Janet Jackson, Jill Scott, and Malik Yoba.
Trivia
He launched a skincare brand Forplai together with attorney E. Lindsey Maxwell.
