About Lee Strasberg
Lee Strasberg was a legendary Polish-born American actor, filmmaker and theater practitioner who, with renowned directors like Harold Clurman and Cheryl Crawford, formed the Group Theatre in 1931.
Strasberg had a major impact on American theater and film, as well as having trained numerous renowned actors, such as Anne Bancroft, Dustin Hoffmann, Montgomery Clift, and James Dean.
As an actor, he was most recognized for his roles in many films and Broadway productions such as "Going in Style", Peer Gynt, Three Sisters, and “Golden Boy”.
