Lilah Veronica Parsons is a British TV host, DJ, actress and a retired model. She is famed as a member of the presenting crew on the show, Capital Breakfast and also a presenter for the entertainment channel, MTV.
She is known to have worked with MTV UK as a presenter for shows like This Week’s MTV Top 20, MTV Asks and MTV Essentials.
In 2016 Lilah and George Shelley co-hosted the live show for the Brits Red Carpet during the Brit Awards. Before she retired as a model she worked with brands like Chanel and Swatch.

She was born to the Hon. Lady Parsons and Sir John Christopher Parsons. She is the grand-daughter of Reginald Edward Manningham-Buller, 1st Viscount Dilhorne. Her aunt, Eliza Manningham-Buller used to be a British Intelligence Officer.
