About Lucas Martinez Quarta
Lucas Martinez Quarta joined the Argentine club River Plate at the youth level in 2012, when he was 16 years old. Four years later, he graduated to the senior side, where he played as a defender. After 64 appearances in four years for the club, he signed with Fiorentina of the Italian Serie A league. In September 2019, he represented the Argentina national team for the first time.

He is the son of Silvina Quarta and Jorge Martinez Oliver. He has been married to Agustina Caniglia.
Achievements
He was a member of the Argentina squad which won the Copa America tournament in 2021. With River Plate, he won Copa Argentina in 2017 and 2019, the 2018 Supercopa Argentina, 2018 Copa Libertadores and 2019 Recopa Sudamericana.
