About Lucretia Mott
The American, Lucretia Mott, was a social reformer and an activist for women’s rights. She campaigned against slavery and also fought for women’s rights. Mott received an invitation from Jane Hunt to attend the first women’s rights convention named Seneca Falls Convention in 1848.

She attended Nine Partners School.
Family
Mott’s parents were Thomas Coffin and Anna Folger. She had a sister called Martha Coffin Wright. 1811, was the year she got married to James Mott. She was a mother of six.
Death
She died of pneumonia in 1880.
