She was born to the late Elivera Mathilda Carlson and John Sheldon Doud. Her three siblings were Eda Mae Doud, Eleanor Carlson Doud, and Mabel Frances Doud. In 1916, she got married to Dwight Divid Eisenhower. She gave birth to two children namely John S. D. Eisenhower, and Doud Dwight. Her grandparents were Johanna Maria Andersdotter, Royal Houghton Doud, Carl Severin Jeremiasson, and Mary Cornelia Sheldon.
Death
She died from a stroke in 1979.
