Karl Philip Michael Westerberg, professionally recognized as Manila Luzon, is an American drag queen, reality television star and a social media sensation. He shot into the limelight as a contestant of the 3rd season of the reality competition show titled “RuPaul's Drag Race”.
Luzon was also a contestant of the 3rd and 4th seasons of "RuPaul's Drag Race All Stars". In addition to that, he appeared in an episode of the shows named “AJ and the Queen” and “America's Next Top Model”. He is also noted for publishing his drag pictures on his manilaluzon page on Instagram.
Family
He was the boyfriend of fellow drag race star, Antoine Ashley popularly known as Sahara Davenport; Sahara lost his life in October of 2012. In December of 2017 he tied the knot with Michael Alvarez, best identified as Mic J Rez.
Achievements
He was a runner-up of the shows, “RuPaul's Drag Race” and “RuPaul's Drag Race: Untucked” in 2011. By July 23, 2020 he had earned 1.4 million followers on his official Instagram account.
