Manu Ginobili is a professional Argentine basketball player who played for such teams as Estudiantes de Bahía Blanca and Virtus Bologna before beginning his NBA career with the San Antonio Spurs in 2002. He is regarded as one of the finest non-American players in the NBA.
Personal Life
In 2004, he got married to Marianela Oroño. In 2010, the couple welcomed twin boys, Nicola and Dante. A third son named Luca was born to the marriage in 2014.
Achievements
He was a member of the Argentina national basketball team that won gold at the 2004 Summer Olympics. In addition to helping the San Antonio Spurs win four NBA Finals between 2003 and 2014, he also won for himself the NBA Sixth Man of the Year award in 2008.
