Martin Sherman is a popular writer who has written many plays and films. He started his career in the 1960s, but shot to stardom in 1979 when his play titled “Bent” was performed for the first time. He also wrote the scripts for Jason Flemyng and Antony Sher in the 1996 film “Alive and Kicking”.
The American screenwriter has gone on to write many films including 2005’s “Mrs Henderson Presents” which featured actors like Judi Dench and Christopher Guest.
