Mick Brown also known as “Wild" is a retired long-term drummer and occasional vocalist of the glorified Dokken band. He also co-founded the heavy-metal T&N band.
Background
Brown began playing the drums in his early teens. After high school, he headed off to Los Angeles where he founded Dokken with two friends.
Career Highlights
Dokken achieved some gold and platinum record sales throughout the 1980s. Later, Brown worked the drums for musician Ted Nugent during the latter’s Unleash the Beast Tour in 2006. In 2011, he teamed up with some members of Dokken to start the T&N band. Their first album, “Slave to the Empire” was released in 2012. He announced his retirement from Dokken in 2019, citing health-related reasons.
Controversy
In 2012, Brown was arrested and charged with DUI, assault and theft of a golf cart from a concert venue. He was later released on a $4000 bail.
