Career
Joseph started his coaching career as quarterbacks and wide receivers coach at Omaha North High School. After Hurricane Katrina, Joseph returned to Louisiana to help out by teaching at Desire Street Academy and took on the role of mentor to the young boys in the school. He went on to coach at various schools like Langston University, Grambling State University, and Louisiana State University (LSU). Joseph was appointed interim coach at the University of Nebraska after Coach Scott Frost was fired.
Joseph was placed on administrative leave as the interim football coach following his arrest for alleged domestic violence.
