About Miloš Forman
Miloš Forman was a Czech-American filmmaker, screenwriter, actor, and educator who emerged famous in his homeland of Czechoslovakia.
After immigrating to the United States in the 1960s he rose to become one of Hollywood's most popular actors and went on to become a prominent and respected filmmaker.
He was able to achieve commercial and critical success as a result of his efforts in 1975 for being the 2nd in history to win all five main Academy Awards for his work in the comedy-drama film "One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest”. Following his triumph, he astonished television viewers with his work in "Ragtime" and "Amadeus," both of which were critical and commercial successes.
Other notable projects he has helmed include "Leave It to Me", "Man on the Moon", and "Visions of Eight".

His parents are Anna Švábová, and Otto Kohn. In 1958, he married Jana Brejchova, and in 1964, Vera Kresadlova, and in 1999, Martina Forman. Petr Forman, Andrew Forman, Matt Forman, and James Forman are the names of his four children.
