Baseball Career
His baseball career started with the Baltimore Orioles team. He made his official start for the team in 1957 and played with them until in 1965 when he was traded to the Cincinnati Reds.
Pappas played for other baseball teams, including the Atlanta Braves and Chicago Cubs. The Chicago Cubs was the last team he played for before his retirement in 1973. After his retirement, he served as the coach of the Chicago Storm in 1977.
Honor
Milt Pappas was named an All-Star three times in the 1960s.
He was inducted into the Baltimore Orioles Hall of Fame.
