Mwai Kibaki is a retired Kenyan politician who served as the 3rd President of Kenya from 2002 to 2013. Before attaining that position, he served as the 4th Vice-President of the country for a decade, that is, from 1978 to 1988. That aside, he has held a number of ministerial positions including the Minister for Finance, Minister for Health, and Minister for Home Affairs.
