Natalee Holloway was an American missing woman. She disappeared during a high school graduation trip to Aruba in 2005 at the age of 18.

She was about to fly home, but she did not appear for her flight. She was last seen by some of her classmates outside a Caribbean restaurant in a car with locals Joran van der Sloot and brothers Deepak and Satish Kalpoe. They were arrested, but they were released without charges. Aruban investigators, Special Agents from the FBI, Dutch soldiers and 3 specially equipped Dutch Air Force F-16 aircrafts participated in the search, but her body was never found. She was declared dead in absentia in 2012.
