Rigels Rajku, best known by his stage name Noizy, is a well known Albanian rap artiste, entrepreneur and producer. He first shot into the limelight with his song titled “On Top of the Rest” in 2006. In 2009 he came out with his debut album dubbed “Pak Më Ndryshe”, which was followed by his 2010 mixtape entitled “Most Wanted”. He featured rapper RAF Camora on his track titled "Toto". As an entrepreneur he launched a fashion line with the name Illyrian Bloodline in 2017.
