Oscar is a Cuban American television star who has made a name for himself in the acting world.
Personal Life
His father was a lawyer who schooled with Fidel Castro and his mother was a dentist. They were from Cuba and later relocated to the United States. He married Ursula Whittaker.
Education
He attended Fashion Institute of Technology before attending Parsons School of Design. He went on to become a certified Dental technician after completing Magna Institute of Dental Technology. He also trained at the Warner Brothers Comedy Writers Workshop and was a finalist on the ABC Latino Writers Project.
Career
He started doing comedy shows with “The Shock of the Funny theatre” and featured in over three hundred shows like “The Italian Job”, “Bay Watch”, “The Office” and “Shameless” among other television shows.
In 2010, he was one of the judges on the Miss USA Contest. Prior to that, he made an appearance on “Match Game”, a game show, which he did not win. He is known to have featured in “Smooth Down There” which he scripted himself.
