About Pancho Villa
Pancho Villa was a notorious Commander of the Division of the North in the Constitutionalist Army.
History
During the years 1913-1914, Pancho Villa was at the height of his career and fame. He robbed a Wells Fargo train and successfully sold the 122 silver bars for cash. Pancho appeared in numerous interviews and even playing himself in a handful of Hollywood films. In 1916, Pancho made the decision to attack New Mexico. President Wilson sent troops to capture Pancho, however, their mission was unsuccessful. Eventually, the Mexican government agreed to allow Pancho to live peacefully at a hacienda for the rest of life. Pancho was assassinated in what is widely-believed to have been political motives.
