Paul John McGann is an English actor who rose to fame for his role as Percy Toplis in the popular television series “The Monocled Mutineer” in 1986.
He went on to star in the dark comedy film titled “Withnail and I” in 1987.
He is also known for starring in the hit series “Hornblower” as Lieutenant William Bush.

His mother is identified as Claire and he has three brothers named Joe, Stephen and Mark who are all actors. He also has a sister called Clare.
