Career
Guerrero started his career playing as a first baseman, third baseman, and outfielder for the Los Angeles Dodgers in 1978. He made a great impact at the start of the 1981 season after he stood in as a right fielder for Reggie Smith. The baseball player continued to play for the team until 1988 when he opted to move to another team. The St. Louis Cardinals heeded his call during the early months of 1988 and convinced him to sign a contract with them. He officially started playing with the team in 1988 until his retirement in 1992.

The baseball player has been married to Roxanna Jimenez.
Achievements
Guerrero became a World Series MVP in 1981 and also won the Silver Slugger Award in 1982.
