About Peter Noone
Peter Noone decided to pursue a career in the music industry at the age of 15 years. At that age, he joined the English pop and rock band called Herman's Hermits, where he performed as the lead vocalist. The group was very popular in the 1960s with hit songs like "No Milk Today", "Mrs. Brown, You've Got a Lovely Daughter", and "I'm into Something Good", "Can't You Hear My Heartbeat".
Solo career and other projects
After leaving the band in 1971, Noone decided to chase his dreams as a solo performer. His 1971 single "Oh! You Pretty Things" was ranked 12th on the UK Singles Chart. Some of his many hit songs are "Meet Me on the Corner Down at Joe's Cafe" and "I'm Into Something Good".
He also led a group known as The Tremblers which had musicians like Robert Williams and Mark Browne as some of its members. He helped them to release an album in 1980 which was under the name “Twice Nightly”.
Private Life
His full name is Peter Blair Denis Bernard Noone. He has a daughter with actress Mireille Strasser called Natalie.
Education
Noone is a product of St Bede's College, Manchester. He also attended Stretford Grammar School, and the Manchester School of Music.
