About Rocky Carroll
Roscoe Carroll began his acting career in New York City theatres and was known in his early days for his roles in Shakespeare plays. In 1987, he gained prominence in the theatre sphere for his performance in the play, “The Piano Lesson” by August Wilson.
He made his film and television debuts in 1989. Since then, he has come to be known for his portrayal of television characters such as Leon Vance in “NCIS”, Dr Keith Wilkes in “Chicago Hope” and Joey Emerson in “Roc”.

He was raised in Cincinnati, Ohio. He has a daughter with Gabrielle Bullock, his wife since 1996.
