Shawty was an American musician who produced records and was also a rapper. His music was usually of the hip-hop genre. He was one of the brains behind the group “D4L”. They were a well-recognized group that became famous for their song entitled, "Laffy Taffy".
However, in 2007, Shawty decided to release his own tracks starting with “Dey Know”.
Family
His real name was Carlos Rico Walker. He became a father for the first time when he was a teenager. A little over twenty years after his first child, he was believed to have had ten more children from ten different women.
Death
In the latter parts of the year 2016, Shawty was involved in a car crash and lost his life due to blunt force damage to his head.
Trivia
He had an issue with T.I in 2008. During the “Dirty Awards”, their fans clashed, which caused the shutdown of the show.
