Shirin David is the stage name of Barbara Shirin Davidavičius, a German rapper, singer and former YouTube personality. Prior to officially starting her career in music in 2019, she had been a famous YouTube creator under TubeOneNetworks. She had also been featured on the single “Du liebst mich nicht” by Ado Kojo in 2015.
Her first single “Orbit” came out in January 2019. Later that year, she set a record as the first German solo female hip-hop act to top the German Albums Chart with her debut album “Supersize”.
Family Life
Her mother is Lithuanian while her father is Iranian. After their father abandoned them, she and her sister Pati Valpati were brought up by their mother. She has resided in Berlin and Cologne.
