She was born and raised in the United Kingdom, she is also a descendant of Jamaica who grew up to love music. She studied at BRIT School and loved acting so she continued her education at the Identity School of Acting. Not long after, she started her acting career.
Career
She started acting in 2013 when she was cast as a teenage girl in one of the episodes of “Run” then the following year, she played Kim in “Murdered by my Boyfriend” and later appeared in two episodes of “Wizards vs. Aliens” as Jasmine ‘Jazz’ James.
In 2015, she was given a role in “Man Up” as Sophie, in “The Casual Vacancy” as Gaia Bawden and in “Casualty” as Mairo Kaleel. In 2016, she acted in “Guilt”, “Roots”, “Him” and “The Night Manager”. Two years later, she was in “Kiss Me First”, “Outlander” and “The Little Drummer Girl”. Other shows she has been in include “Behind her Eyes” and “Grantchester”.
