He was raised in a middle-class London family. He acquired his first guitar before he hit his teens. Since then, it has been a one way road to a successful music career.
Career Highlights
By age 17, he was already performing as a pro with North London blues band The Syndicate. Following his departure from the band, he hopped on The In Crowd band and performed a series of covers on especially the Tottenham music scene. Eventually, he decided to follow a solo path and signed with Atlantic Records. Shortly after, he released his first studio album “Beginnings” in 1975. From 1991 to the late 2000s, he released a number of studio albums, including “Skyline,” “Quantum Guitar,” “Spectrum,” “Time” and “Love Is.”
Trivia
Apart from Atlantic, he has signed with such labels as Relativity, Eagle, Voiceprint and Caroline in his professional career.
