Personal Life
The name chosen for him when he was born was Steven Ralph Schirripa and he is the son of an Italian American by name Ralph Schirripa and Lorraine Schirripa. He went to college at Brooklyn College. He met Laura Lemos later in life and in 1989, he made her his wife and together, they have two children.
Career
When he decided to start working, he was offered a job at Riviera Hotel and Casino as an entertainment director. Schirripa later got a chance to go into acting when he was given a role in “Casino” in 1995. Prior to that, he had been in “USA Up All Night”. He did not get credited for his performance in “Casino” but two years later he started getting roles in different shows. Some of the shows he has been in include “Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas”, “The Flintstones in Viva Rock Vegas”, “Jordon Saffron Taste This!”, “Pensacola: Wings of Gold” and “Law & Order: Special Victims Unit”.
