About Todd Bridges
Todd Anthony Bridges debuted as a child actor in 1975. Two years later, he landed a series regular role on the sitcom “Fish” as Loomis. In 1978, he started playing Willis Jackson in the television sitcom “Diff’rent Strokes”, which shot him to fame.
He also portrayed the recurring character of Monk in 17 episodes of “Everybody Hates Chris”. From 2008 to 2013, he was a commentator on “TruTV Presents: World’s Dumbest...”.
Family Life
He was born to James Bridges Sr. and Betty Alice Pryor. He is the brother of actor Jimmy Bridges and the uncle of “The Young and the Restless” actress Brooke Bridges. He and his ex-wife Doris have a son named Spencir.
Legal Issues
In the 1980s, he was arrested multiple times for crimes such as cocaine and concealed firearm possession as well as felony assault.
