Singer, songwriter and television personality Whitney Duncan was exposed to country music by her grandfather. From singing at local fairs to the big stage of Nashville, Duncan has come a long way, releasing a number of studio albums, including “Right Road Now”, “Whitney Duncan” and “One Shot”.
Music Career
After coming fifth in the USA network show “Nashville Star” in 2007, Whitney released her first single "When I Said I Would" the following year. The single peaked at No. 48 on the country music chart. Her third single "Skinny Dippin" also peaked at No. 48 in 2009. Her debut album “Right Road Now” was digitally released on Amazon and was a mild success. Struggling to make a mark, she joined Ashlee Hewit in 2017 and they became a singing duo.
Television
Whitney Duncan appeared on CBS network as a contestant of the 23rd season of the television reality show “Survivor: South Pacific”. She was voted out on Day 27 and became the fourth member of the jury.
Personal Life
The Tennessee-born singer tied the knot with fellow musician Donny Fallgatter in 2010 and their divorce was finalized a year later. She married reality star Keith Tollefson in 2014.
