Amelia Lily is an English singer and actress who first gained recognition in 2011 after participating in the series eight of the music competition TV show The X Factor, in which she finished third. Following her success in the show, she released her debut single in 2012 titled You Bring Me Joy, which reached the #2 spot on the UK Singles Chart. She went on to achieve chart success with her follow up singles Shut Up (and Give Me Whatever You Got) and Party Over.
