She is an Irish literary icon who works as a novelist and has released really great stories all over the world.
Personal Life
She was born to Bertie Ahern and Taoiseach who was a prime minister of Ireland. As much as she loved writing growing up, she also loved music and at a point in time, she was part of “Shimma”, a popular Irish musical group. She studied at Griffith College where she looked forward to receiving her master’s degree. She however gave up on that and chose to be a writer. She got married to Davis Keoghan and had children with him.
Career
She started writing very early in her life and in 2004, her first novel titled “PS, I Love You” was released, made it to the top of the bestseller charts in a few countries and was sold in over forty countries. She also released “Where Rainbows End”, “The Book of Tomorrow”, “How to Fall in Love”, “Thanks for the Memories” and “The Marble Collector”. She also worked on the comedy show “Samantha Who” as a producer and co-creator.
Trivia
The movies, “P.S. I Love You” and “Love, Rosie” are adaptations of her novels.
