About Dale Dye
Dale Adam Dye Jr., professionally known as Dale Dye, is a legendary American entrepreneur, author, technical advisor, media personality, and actor. He rose to prominence as one of the long-serving members of the United States Marine Corps, advancing through the ranks to becoming a Captain during the course of his career, which included service as a Marine Combat Correspondent during the Vietnam War.
He resigned from the United States Marine Corps in 1984 and has since worked mostly in cinema and television in productions such as " The Pacific", "Fire Birds", "Music Within", and "Dead On: Relentless II", as well as publishing many books including “Code Word: Geronimo” and “Conduct Unbecoming”.

He was born to Dale Adam Dye and Della Grace Koehler.
He was first married to Margaret Chavez but they divorced in 1979 and he later married Julia Dye in 2006.
He has two children called Christopher Dye and Adrienne Dye.

Dye received education at the Missouri Military Academy. He also studied at St. Joseph's Military Academy in Chicago.
