Mthembeni Ndevu, best known by his famous stage moniker Emtee, is a skilled South African hip hop recording artist who first gained fame for his rap songs. He is regarded as a generational leader in hip-hop.
Ndevu developed a love for singing at a young age and started participating in various talent competitions. He enjoyed tremendous career success after publishing his breakthrough single "Roll Up." After releasing "Avery," his debut album, Emtee was signed to Ambitious Entertainment. After releasing his debut the hip hop star went on to drop several highly successful and top charting songs, including "Manando" and "Logan."
