The politician earned her degree from Father Basile Moreau College in 1969, and then spent the years between 1974 and 1976 working in public affairs for the Montreal Olympics' organizing committee.
Career
Frulla joined the Quebec Liberal Party and later became a part of the Liberal Party of Canada on a national level. Frulla’s hard work earned her a place as the Member of the National Assembly of Quebec for Marguerite-Bourgeoys from 1989 to 1998, and she later became a member of the Canadian Parliament for Jeanne-Le Ber from 2002 to 2006.
