Ozzy Osbourne is a revered singer-songwriter known internationally as the lead vocalist of the heavy metal band Black Sabbath and for his successful solo career. He is known by the nicknames the Godfather of Heavy Metal and the Prince of Darkness.

Family Life

His first marriage was to Thelma Riley, with whom he had two children, Jessica and Louis. He adopted Thelma’s son, Elliot. His second marriage was to Sharon. The marriage produced three children, Aimee, Kelly and Jack.

Achievements

He is an inductee into the U.S. Rock and Roll Hall of Fame as a member of Black Sabbath and an inductee into the UK Music Hall of Fame as both a solo artist and a member of Black Sabbath.

Trivia

He has often been accused by Christian groups of being a Satanist.
