Christened as Thomas Rocco Barbella, ever since his early days, Rocky showed signs of entering the world of boxing. His aggressive tendency as a youngster, strange behavior, and determination to use violence to get his way out of circumstances built a solid basis for him to pursue boxing. Popularly known for his terrorizing power and intimidating temperament, Rocky swiftly ascended the success ladder under the tutelage of Eddie Cocco, earning the nicknames Robert Barber and Rocky Graziano.
He was widely regarded as one of boxing's premier knockout artists, frequently demonstrating the ability to knock out an opponent with a single blow. Rocky's dominance in the sport propelled him to great heights and fame, as he became the world's uncontested World Middleweight champion.
