He is a 2-time Super Bowl champion (2005 and 2008) with the Pittsburg Steelers and an EPSY award winning athlete.
He broke a record in 2006 for longest rushing touchdown in Super Bowl history with a 75-yard touchdown run, which earned him the nickname, “Fast Willie”. This record was still unbroken by 2022.
The record-setting running back played briefly for the Washington Redskins and the Virginia Destroyers before he retired.
The NFL star retired at age 31 and took up a coaching job. In 2012, he was appointed assistant coach of the West Virginia Wesleyan College football team.
