About Albert Ellis
Albert Ellis is a celebrated psychologist who’s known as the founder of the Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy. He was also considered as one of the first developers of the cognitive-behavioral therapies, as well as, the cognitive revolutionary.
He later founded the Albert Ellis Institute where he served as the president. Ellis also published numerous books with some titled “Creative Marriage” and “Sex Without Guilt”.
