About Harry Anderson
Harry Anderson was a decorated American actor who shot into fame as a comedian and magician. He is mostly recognized as Judge Harry Stone in NBC's sitcom titled "Night Court'. He initially started his career as a magician and mostly performed on the streets of Chicago and New Orleans.
Between 1981 and 1985, Harry performed on the late-night show "Saturday Night Live”. As an actor, he was used in more than thirty films and series including "Mother Goose Rock 'n' Rhyme" (1990), "Son of the Beach" (2002), "Hexing a Hurricane" (2006), and "Comedy Bang! Bang!" (2013).
Family Life
His parents were Suzanne Johnson and Harry Anderson, Sr. He was married to Leslie Pollack from 1977 till 1999. Harry married Elizabeth Morgan in 2000 until his death in 2018. His children were Eva and Dashiell Anderson.
Achievements
At the 1985, 1986 and 1987 Primetime Emmy Awards, his performance in "Night Court" earned him a nomination for the "Outstanding Lead Actor in a Comedy Series".
