About Steve Jobs
Steve Jobs was an American entrepreneur famed globally for co-founding the iconic Apple Inc. with Steve Wozniak. As Apple's chairman and CEO, he oversaw the development of a line of revolutionary products such as the iMac, iPod, iPhone and iPad. He was regarded as a pioneer of the personal computer revolution.
He was adopted by Paul and Clara Jones after his biological parents gave him up for adoption. He was married to Laurene Powell from 1991 until his death in 2011. He and Laurene had three children together. He had another child from a previous relationship.
In 2007, he was inducted into the California Hall of Fame. That same year, Fortune magazine named him the most powerful person in business. He was posthumously honored with the Grammy Trustees Award in 2012 and inducted as a Disney Legend in 2013.
