About Tempest Storm
Tempest Storm was a very renowned American exotic dancer and a burlesque superstar who gained fame in the 1950s and the 1960s. Throughout her career, that spanned over half a century, she appeared in several men's magazines and burlesque movies such as Paris After Midnight, Striptease Girl and Teaserama.
She also performed in clubs across the United States. She is considered one of the greatest burlesque performers of all time. She is an inductee of the Exotic World Burlesque Museum Hall of Fame.
Personal Life
By the age of 20, she had already been married and divorced twice. In all, she was married four times. One of her marriages was to actor and singer Herb Jeffries, with whom she had her only child, a daughter named Patricia Ann.
Trivia
In the late 1950s, at the height of fame, she insured her breasts for one million dollars.
