French singer, Wejdene was fortunate enough to achieve stardom status in just a year after opening her first Instagram account in 2019. Her then-future manager, Feuneu, also a producer at the French record label group, Guette Music, saw her on Instagram in November 2019 and got her a recording contract. Three months later, her debut single, “J’attends” was born. She went viral in May 2020 when her single, “Anissa” and its accompanying music video were released.

Her father is Badra Zarzis, a Tunisian artiste. She grew up in Brunoy, Essonne, France.

“Anissa” received a platinum certification in August 2020. The clip for the song, published to Wejdene’s YouTube channel, has been viewed over 50 million times (as of September 9, 2020).
