About Don Hutson
In the history of the National Football League, Don Hutson is widely regarded as one of the best, if not the best, end players. He spent the whole of his 11 years career in the league as a player of the Green Bay Packers, and was easily recognized by his number 14 jersey.
He made his professional debut in 1935 and finished with three NFL championships. He was also admired for his versatility and was sometimes used as a safety during defense.

Following his retirement, Hutson worked as a coach. Until 1948, he was with his former team as a member of their coaching staff. He also explored other business opportunities. He owned a bowling alley in Green Bay. He was also into automobiles and established the Hutson Motor Car Co. in 1951.
