Hunter Biden is an American lawyer, capital investments professional and business executive who has held various high-level positions throughout his professional life. However, what he is most-known for is being the son of Joe Biden, the man sworn in as President of the United States in January of 2021.
Family Life
He is the second born of Joe Biden and his first wife, the late Neilia Hunter.
His older brother is the late Beau Biden. His first younger sister, Naomi Biden, passed away in his youth. And he also has a half-sister, Ashley Biden.
His first wife, whom he was married to from 1993 to 2017, is named Kathleen Buhle. Their three children are named Naomi, Finnegan and Maisy Biden.
He married again in 2019, to a South African named Melissa Cohen. And they birthed a child in 2020.

He holds degrees from two distinguished schools - Georgetown University (B.A.) and Yale Law School (J.D.).
Achievements
Organizations he has worked for include the US Department of Commerce, the United Nation’s World Food Programme and Amtrak. In the latter case he was actually on the board of the directors. And he was granted that position by the US President at the time, George W. Bush.
He also founded/co-founded a number of companies – Seneca Global Advisors, Rosemont Seneca Partners and Eudora Global.
Trivia
In 2019 he was accused of professional wrongdoing while working on behalf of BHR Partners – a private investment fund located in China – by US President Donald Trump. This ultimately caused him to resign from the organization.
He was a party to the car accident which claimed the life of his mother and sister in 1972.
He has a history of drug abuse, which includes being administratively discharged from the US Navy Reserve in 2013 due to testing positive for cocaine.
