Marco Roberto Borsato is a well-known Dutch singer and actor who has been regarded as one of Netherland’s most successful artists as of 2020.
Family Life
His parents are Roberto Borsaf and Mary de Graaf. He grew up with his brother Armando and sister, Sylvana. He has had children named Luca, Jada and Senna from his marriage to television actress Leontine Ruiters. They, however, divorced in February 2020.
Achievements
Between 1996 and 2006, he maintained the TMF Awards title for Best Dutch Singer.
In 2001 he won the Edison Award for Best Singer.
Borsato received an Honorary Award for Best Singer and Best Album in 2000.
Trivia
He served as a judge on the Dutch talent show, The Voice of Holland as well as The Voice Kids.
In 2004 he was honored as an Officer of the Order of Orange-Nassau for his services to Dutch music.
